Skin naturally produces sebum to protect and hydrate. Removing dirty sebum and dead skin cells is vital,clogged pores lead to spots
and blackeads
- whatever the skin type.
Sebum is composed of fats which do not dissolve in water,
however they do dissolve in oil.
Daily oil cleansing removes
dirty sebum and impurities leaving the skin soft, balanced and nourrished.
Non oily dirt can be washed off with a cold processed soap before oil cleansing.
Keep Skin Nourrished
Feed your skin to help it maintain a healthy hydrated balance.
Use balms containing natural oils that give maximum nutrition without being
greasy or cloying.

Daily Oil Cleanse and Moisturise

Melt a small amount of Baume in the palm of your hand.

Work the baume in gentle circular movements all over the face.

Soak the microfibre cloth in steamy water, take care it's not too hot.

Place it over your face, repeat several times. This helps the baume penetrate into the pores to dissolve dirt and oil.

Remove the baume with the microfibre cloth.

Pat skin dry.

Wash the cloth through with the natural soap and leave to dry.

Apply a small amount of Baume as a daily moisturiser, under make up or as needed throughout the day on bare faced beauties.
Weekly Deep Detox Treatment

Work a generous amount of Baume into your face.

RELAX for 15 minutes.

You can steam with the microfibre cloth if you want, or lie in a hot bath.

Sesame oil, a central ingredient in the Baume dissolves deep impurities from the skin so I recommend using a natural soap to wash off oils and dirt.

Follow up with the cloth to deep cleanse.

After cleansing apply a dab of baume or mist – which ever suits your skin best.

Dab the face and neck with baume

Mist with Lemonbalm Hydrosol.

Massage the face gently until both are absorbed.
